As a millennial with almost 10 years of experience in a corporate environment, I have seen first hand what a great company looks like and what a not so great company looks like. I’ve seen friends launch kick ass small businesses and see incredible success, and I’ve seen others struggle to navigate corporate cultures in giant multinational corporations that were created well before they were born.
